PURPOSE:To enable massproduction by molding the vibration plate taking thermo- plastic resin as base material in a short time, through the operation of heat air as compressed air at pressing and exerting heat air to the vibration material. CONSTITUTION:Immersion is made to the polyester spun bond with binders such as melamine, urea formalin, and acryl, and composite compound is obtained by laminating polyester film with adhesives. This compound 1 is placed on the concaved metal mold 2, heat air is given to the compound 1 through the ducts 4, 4', the external frame 3 is down when the compound is softened, and convex metal mold 5 is down. When the convex metal mold 5 is gone down, the ducts 4, 4', are choked to stop the supply of hot air. Further, when the convex metal mold 5 is gone down, the hot air fed in the external frame 3 is pressed, the compound 1 softened is deformed with compressed air, and finally the compound is pressed with the convex metal mold 5 to mold it into the shape of vibration plate. Thus, the molding is made in a short time to enable massproduction. |
