发明名称 CRYSTAL OSCILLATION CIRCUIT OF LOW POWER CONSUMPTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy of watch and to make low in power consumption, by inserting the voltage adjusting circuit between the C-MOS inverter and DC power supply, giving different DC bias to two MOSFET's and enabling to use the oscillation frequency in high frequency. CONSTITUTION:In the C-MOS inverter 10, the P channel MOSFET 1 and the N channel MOSFET 2 are connected in complementary manner to give negative feedback from the output side to the input side, and the crystal oscillator is inserted in the negative feedback loop. The voltage adjustment circuit 3 is inserted between the inverter 10 and the DC power supply to constitute the DC bias given to MOSFET 1 and 2 differently. Thus, the oscillation frequency is made usable at high frequency band to increase the accuracy of watch and to lower the power consumption.
