PURPOSE:To simplify and make compact the structure of the power transmission system and obtain a transmission apparatus suitable for agricultural small tractors by fabricating front and rear wheel differential device in a single transmission case. CONSTITUTION:In the rear part of a transmission case 2, a power transmission mechanism 20 is arranged which is constituted of an input shaft 19 and a main clutch and to which power is transmitted from an engine 8 through a counter shaft 9, and in the front end part of the case 2, a front wheel differential device 21 is arranged, and in the rear end part, a rear wheel differential device 22 is arranged. Power is transmitted from the sprocket 23 of the transmission mechanism 20 described above to the front wheel differential device 21 through an endless chain 24 and a front part sprocket 25, and a front wheel driving shaft 26 is driven. Further, the power is transmitted from the mechanism 20 to the rear wheel differential device 22, and a rear wheel driving shaft 27 is driven, and further, the power is transmitted from the mechanism 20 to a stud driving shaft 28.
