PURPOSE:To simplify the order and price calculations by using a calculation display frame written with the winning tricks of the Japanese Wrestling, with the shuhi card and the scale of the wrestler's classes. CONSTITUTION:The name plates 1 of hand-rolled sushi are arranged according to the prices, and the prices and kinds of the plates 1 are displayed on the trick plate 2 which is displayed with the winning tricks of the Japaness Wrestling. There is also prepared a calculation display frame which is equipped with such an upright frame 3 on a base plate 4 as is made of a transparent material and as is written with an equal scale 6 displayed with the classes of the wrestlers. A customer is requested to order his desired sushi in view of the name plates 1 which are separated by the plate 2. And, a clerk is required to consecutively insert the sushi cards, which are separated according to the kinds of the winning tricks according to the served sushi, into the calculation display frame which is placed before the customer. Thus, the customer can order his sushi without any discrimination of the qualities of the sushi. By accomplishing the calculations with the use of the sushi cards, the accurate charge can be easily calculated. |
