PURPOSE:To manufacture a magnetic filter with a little dispersion in characteristics by covering the whole with an insulator after bonding a trimer of a siloxane compound to electrodes of a ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION:To operating electrodes 2a-2c on the surface of ceramic substrate 1, a trimer of a siloxane compound is bonded. The siloxane compound forms a gap on electrodes and never disturbs vibrations and its handling is easy. Next, the entire ceramic substrare is dipped in a thermal-hardening resin solution of a porous phenol system to form insulating armor layer 5 on its outer circumference. The gap layer of the trimer of the siloxane compound seals energy up and adaption to a vibrator utilizing a vibration mode is possible. |
