A.R.C plate having a salient in the center of each opposite side is set up on a pair of R.C supports; the other same R.C support is set up on each outside of said supports; other plate is set up on other supports;upper joint and lower joint are formed on the opposite side of said salient of each R.C plate; a pannel is joined with a lower joint of the uppermost plate and an upper joint of a middle plate; and another pannel is joined with a lower joint of a middle plate and upper joint of the lowest plate.
