The procedure is for packaging powdered or granular products in flexible packaging materials. In a flexible packaging material to give capacity, a volume of the product is introduced just less than the capacity of the packaging. The filled packaging is then closed and then divided into two equal parts, separated by a product-fee intermediate zone, by vibrations and bending over the two packaging halves. A closing/sealing procedure then takes place in the intermediate zone. The separating procedure is a cutting at the intermediate zone and the sealing procedure is the production at a sealing line at the edges of each of the separated packages. |
