PURPOSE:To secure the faithful extraction of the necessary signal out of the signals recorded on the magnetic tape, by forming the circuit as prescribed. CONSTITUTION:The signal of waveform A regenerated through the magnetic head is supplied to voltage comparators 3 and 5 each to which plus and minus reference voltages 9 and 10 are set respectively. And thus outputs 11 and 12 are produced featuring waveforms B and C each. These outputs 11 and 12 are then supplied to two input NAND gates 6 and 7 which form the set- and reset-type FF circuits respectively, thus delivering the rectangular wave output of waveform D to output terminal 8. In this way, the faithful shaping into the retangular waveform can be secured for the input signal A which is obtained when the regeneration is given via the magnetic head to the signal the sine wave of which is recorded via the magnetic head and at the saturation level. |
