<p>The solar heating panel has profile glass panels (9) which are self supporting. This gives an unbroken, transparent surface to the panel without any shadows, maximising the efficiency of the panel. The glass panels (9) are in the form of a flat U which gives strength and rigidity. they may be supported at the ends only. The joints (14) are formed with a transparent mastic. Toughened glass is used for this construction.</p> |
