发明名称 CONTROLLING METHOD OF CRANE LOADER IN AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform the crane operation easily by a method wherein the relation of a vertical position to a staged home position is inputted to a circuit of crane loader itself, and the crane is automatically restored to the staged and linked home position when an emergency happens at the shelf. CONSTITUTION:Position detectors 10 and 11, such as promixity switches or photosensors, are placed on a crane whereon a loader 2 travels, and discriminates in which group te loader 2 is positioned, a group A or group B of shelves. Since detecting signals from the detectors 10 and 11 are always input to a controlling system of the crane 1, it enables restoring of the crane 1 and the loader 2 to the linked home position CP and the staged home position RP, respectively, at whatever position an emergency may happen. This eliminates the trouble of transferring to the home position by hand when starting operations again, and improves a crane-operating efficiency.</p>
