PURPOSE:To make it possible to use the same type of the IC for various types of circuits, by constituting the setting circuit which varies the constant output value proper to the IC into another output value by means of the charge/discharge circuit including the semiconductor and the switching transistor. CONSTITUTION:Capacitor C1 is connected to line 5 connecting to the power source and resistance R1 is connected to the base of switching transistor TRQ1 at its one end along with the other end connected to C1 each. Then diode D1 is connected between the earth and the joint of C1 and R1 to constitute the charge/discharge circuit. This change/discharge circuit forms along with TRQ1 the setting circuit which sets the output voltage value of IC1 to the fixed level when the power source is switched on. Thus the desired output voltage is obtained for the preset voltage proper to the IC through the external control and via the setting circuit which operates in response to the make of the power source. In this way, the same type of the IC can be applied to various types of circuits. |
