<p>PURPOSE:To achieve the simplification of production process and the improvement in the yield of production by irradiating the energy beam having been modulated by a pattern mask to dye material to let the dye material melt or sublimate thereby letting the dye material deposite selectively on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A member comprising forming a dye element receptive layer 2 on the surface of a substrate 1 having patterned photodetecting portions such as of CCD and a pattern mask 3 having been formed with a dye material layer 7 are disposed by beforehand aligning the alignment marks possessed by both. The pattern mask 3 has the patterns consisting of window portions 6 and shield portions 5 on a substrate 4 which is transmittable to energy beam 8. The energy beam 8 is modulated by transmitting through the window portions 6 and heats the dye material layer 7 to let the same melt and sublimate, thereby depositing the same on the color element receptive layer 2 and forming the color element layer. This operation is repeated according to the kinds of the color elements, whereby the color filter is completed. In this way, the production processes may be simplified and the yield of production may be improved.</p> |
