An overflow edge piece, and an overflow channel with covering grating, to set on the top edge of a pool body are incorporated in a sealing border for a swimming-pool, made up from profile units or form pieces. These units or pieces (1) are arrangeable together independently of each other, and lie on the top edge (3) of the pool body (4), with support from bearing and level- compensating mountings (2). The units can have assembly recesses (6) on the inside of their shanks, for engagement by lifting tackle. Repair work is reduced, with provision for regulating the level of the overflow edge withoutpart of it away.
