<p>PURPOSE:To surely hold and record data by a method wherein a plural number of memories are installed and while the already stored data and held as they are, the new data are store in other memories. CONSTITUTION:When the erasable pulse and the write pulse are generated by means of the specified recording condition setting data signals J1-JE via write condition setting circuit 2 and pulse generation circuit 3, the record data signals DO-DN are stored in the 1st nonvolatile memory 1a through memory group switching circuit 4. When the erasable and write pulses are generated from pulse generation circuit 3, once more, the record data signal is stored in the 2nd nonvolatile memory 1b by means of switching circuit 4.</p> |
