PURPOSE:To dispense with pretreatment operation at the time of automatic analytical measurement of blood components by turning at high speed or intermittently a disc on which a plural number of chambers arranged in a circumferential direction with two partitioned continuous chambers for accommodating blood. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of two partitioned continuous chambers for accommodating blood are arranged in a circumferential direction on the disc. The lower lid 2 of sampler is fixed on a shaft 3 which is fastened with a bearing 4. The upper lid 1 of the sampler is fixed on the lower lid 2. In addition, the shaft 3 is connected to electric motors A7 and B8 thrugh a belt 5 and a clutch 6. Under this arrangement, the sampled blood is injected into the two partitioned continuous chambers on the lower lid 2 without pretreatment and the lower lid 2 is continuously turned at high speed by the electric motor A7. The blood is centrifugally separated into two chambers, each holding a serum 13 and a blood clot 14 separately. Following this process, the electric motor B8 with clutch 6 connected is intermittently turned at fixed angle. Then the serum 13 and the blood clot 14 are set at prearranged positions, thus completing the sampling. |
