Water duct concrete lining watertight joint - is wedge shaped with clinging elastic sealant in part above clamped cross inlay

Split joints formed in fresh concrete, and elastic sealing materials inserted in these after setting, are provided in concrete coatings, esp. cladding on water ducts. The joint gap (2) is wedge-shaped in cross-section, with max. winding (6) at the entry (5). At transitions (7) between different widths, there is a clamped strip-shaped inlay (10) dividing the cross-section into upper (8), and lower parts (9). The lower part is hollow and the upper part is filled with elastic sealing material (11) clinging to the gap sides (12a,12b).
