<p>The rail truck tipper consists of a frame base (10) with rails (12) supporting the truck in the upright position. The frame is fitted with a top plate (40) actuated by hydraulic jacks (42,44). A side panel supports the weight of the truck in the side position. The truck is up ended by the operation of the jack (16) about its pivot on the arm (20). The movement is completed by the extension of the jack (28) which pivots the arm around the point (20). The frame is stiffened by the arm (22).</p> |
