发明名称 METHOD FOR HIGHHTEMPERATURE DUST REMOVAL OF REACTION GAS
摘要 PURPOSE:To remove tar and dust from a reaction gas and facilitate the handling of particles, by regenerating heat-resistant fine particles to which an adhesive mist component adheres in the gas in a granular bed in a fluidized bed furnace at ordinary pressure, and circulating the regenerated particles through the system for reuse. CONSTITUTION:A high-temperature gas containing dust and an adhesive mist component is passed through a granular bed 1 at 400-500 deg.C under pressure to remove the dust. Particles are taken out of a rotary valve 4 quantitatively, and the pressure of the particle atmosphere is reduced by a hopper 14 and lock valves 15 to ordinary pressure and fed to a fluidized bed incinerating furnace 12a. A preheated air is fed from the lower fluidized bed 23 to the upper fluidized bed 22 via a perforated plate 25 to burn the tar adhered to the particles as a combustible agent. The combustion waste gas is passed through a waste heat recovery coil 28 and a dust collector 30. Particles lowered from an overflow pipe 32 to the lower fluidized bed 23 are brought into direct contact with a combustion air 33 and cooled. The cooled particles are then fed by a blowup apparatus 35 to a hopper 18 and pressurized for reuse.
