PURPOSE:To avoid giving a fault to the side of a plant although the interpause relay has a malfunction, by dividing the energizing power source of the interpause relay by means of the wired logic and in accordance with the state of the plant. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a thermal power plant, the relay coil 111 is energized under the start control of the plant and only under the MFT trip. Other relay coils 112, 113 and so on are energized under the conditions showing each specified plant state. The contacts 1110, 1120 and so on are closed by the energization of the coils 111, 112 and so on, and the lead wire pairs 1111, 2111-212n function as the power supply terminal of the interpause relay. Then each corresponding interpause relay has no operation to the relay contacts 201a, 201b and 201c although the outputs 1a, 1b and 1c are turned on as long as no voltage is applied to the pairs 1111, 2111 and so on. As a result, not fault is caused at the side of the plant although the interpause relay has a malfunction. |
