PURPOSE:To save the man power for a defective element replacement work, by storing and accumulating various failure information caused in the user's system US to the storage area corresponding to US in combination with the information which can distinguish the failed part. CONSTITUTION:When CPU of US#i makes data processing, if check CK finds a failure, it is stored in the specified location of the register IR and the interruption signal ip is fed to CPU. Thus, CPU codes the failed part and types, and this information is fed to the circuit control section LC1 of maintenance center MOC via the circuit control LCO with identified code of US#i. MOC stores each code of US identification, failure part and failure type to registers UR, PR and DR. The file managing section FS reads in UR, PR, DR and registrates the failure code to the file MF by distinguishing it every failure by US. The maintenance terminal MC inputs the code of the defective package of US#1 and reads out failure information from MF and checks the failure frequently generated with emphasis. |
