PURPOSE:To decrease the waste of resin for molding and reduce the cost of products by extruding the resin, quantity thereof is slightly more than quantity filled into a cavity section of a mold, into the cavity by using resin for a dummy. CONSTITUTION:Resin M1 for molding, quantity thereof is slightly more than total quantity filled into a cavity section 3, and dummy resin N1, quantity thereof is sufficient for extruding the resin M1 up to a cavity section 6, are charged into the pot section 3 of an upper mold 1a. A mold 1 is heated, the resin M1, N1 is melted while being pressed by means of a plunger 9, melted resin (m) for molding is extruded to the cavity section 6 through runner sections 4 and a gate section 5 from the pot section 3 by melted resin (n) for the dummy, the resin (m) is filled and the resin (m) is hardened. |
