PURPOSE:To prevent a trouble of short-circuit of a terminal leader line of an electrode, by shifting the center position of the photoelectric transducing film at a photosensitive part in the individual electrode leading direction right-angled to an array toward the terminal leading side to the center part of the electrode at the photosensitive part. CONSTITUTION:The center line (a) of a photoelectric transducing film 1 does not overlap the center line (b) of an electrode 4 at the photosensitive part but is shifted toward the terminal leading side of a metallic electrode 3 to the line (b). As a result, no short-circuit occurs to an individual metallic electrode although the evaporation is deflected to the left of the center line (b) in a process of evaporation of electrode 2 since no terminal leader line exists at the left side of the line (b). |
