PURPOSE:To enable the conversion with high accuracy and to make the size of chip small, by combinating a current Miller circuit with a current switch circuit. CONSTITUTION:Respective current switches 41-44 are connected to the 2nd terminal 22 of a plurality of current Miller circuits I1-I4 in cascade connection of multistage, and the 2nd terminal 22 is selectively connected to an analog signal output terminal 5 or the point of Vcc application by switching according to the logical state of bit signals a0-a3 of a 4-bit digital input signal. Thus, when a specified current is inputted to the 1st terminal 21 of the current Miller circuits I1-I4, a current equal to this input flows out from the 2nd terminal 22 and a doubled current flows out from the 3rd terminal 23. When a specified current is inputted to the 3rd terminal 23 in the current Miller circuits I1-I4, a half the current is outputted from the 1st and 2nd terminals 21, 22 respectively. |
