PURPOSE:To restart a controller swiftly and safely at the time of volatilization of an RAM, by providing an ROM which has stored an initial value of a parameter, on a controller, and shifting a data of the ROM to the RAM when volatilization of the RAM has been detected. CONSTITUTION:A controller CT10 is connected with a programmer PG20, and an initial value of a parameter of a proportional band P, a reset time I, a rate time D, etc., and a control program are stored in an RAM 27 of the PG20 under control of a microprocessor CPU11 of the CT10. This program is tested, a parameter of PID, etc. is updated and adjusted by a keyboard 17, and afte that, contents of the RAM 27 are written in a PROM13 by an ROM writer, and the PG20 is detached from the GT10. When an electric power source is turned on in a state that a backup battery of an RAM15 for storing a control parameter, etc. by the CT10 is not charged, volatilization of the RAM12 is detected, and a parameter which has been written in the ROM13 is set and restarted automatically. |
