PURPOSE:To improve shockproof together with easy assembling by simplifying a fixed structure, by fitting the components for clock with the use of screws through tubes adhered on the electrochromic display element which provides a transparent insulation board serving also as a cover glass of the clock. CONSTITUTION:A electrochromic display cell 1 consists of a upper transparent insulation board 1a serving also as a glass cover of a case 2 and a metal board 3 serving also as a lower electrode plate on which a tube 12, which forms a lower container, is adhered. This tube 12 passes through the hole located on a device cover 5 which provides a circuit board for a clock 7 and a battery compartment 6, and these component parts of clock are assembled with the use of a screw 13. By employing this simplified fixed structure, assembling of a electrochromic display clock becomes easy and also, the shockproofness of clock is improved. In addition, the clock becomes thin as cover glass is not required. |
