PURPOSE:To easily synchronize a data transmission between two systems, by setting a monitor data before a monitor control is executed, and monitoring a control data after a monitor control is executed. CONSTITUTION:A logical circuit part 35 has an output from a counter 48 as a monitor input simultaneously with a control output from a logical circuit part 40, and when the first system 30 monitors the logical circuit part 35 by said input, the second system 31 executes a monitor control almost periodically to a coupling circuit 32, therefore, the timing for a monitor control of the coupling circuit 32 of the second system 31. Accorcingly, the first system 30 is able to synchronize the timing of a monitor control to the coupling circuit 32 of the second system 31, correcting the timing, by monitoring the logical circuit 35. |
