PURPOSE:To increase a processing speed, by omitting a step for transferring the contents of a flag register FLGR to a condition code register CCR, at the last step of an execution routine of a user's instruction attended with a variation of a condition code. CONSTITUTION:When an OP field is decoded by a decoder DEC81 and it is detected that an FLG variation is designated, an FLG corresponding to an operation result is set to an FLGR12, and also an SEL13 selects an output of a flag generator FG11. On the other hand, when the OP field does not designate the FLG variation, the SEL13 selects an output of the FLGR12. Subsequently, when it is detected by a DEC82 that an E field of a microinstruction is an ENDC, a value selected by the SEL13 is set to a CCR13 by a control line 16. |
