PURPOSE:To avoid effects of heat and strain to a superconductive coil in fabrication and to make the weight light, by providing the superconductive coil at the outer periphery of a container, and forming a flowing path of refrigerant in the inside therof. CONSTITUTION:A supporting plate 6 is provided in a race track shaped container 1, and a supporting member 7 is provided between the container 1 and the supporting plate 6. A path in the container 1 formed by said container 1 and supporting plate 6 becomes a flowing path 8 of the refrigerant such as liquid helium. A superconductive conductor is wound along the supporting plate 6 of the container 1. A concave and convex surface 9 is formed on an inner wall facing the superconductive coil 2 in the container 1. Thereafter, an opening 10 is covered by a metal lid 4, and resin 12 such as epoxy resin is injected and cured. |
