<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a device compact in size and light in weight by providing two sets of stabilizing coils with common coil wound in one of the phases and the coil other than common wound in the other two phases and grounding the ends of stabilizing coils, all phases together, which oppose the ends of other coils placed facing the first stabilizing coils. CONSTITUTION:One of the stabilizing coil 15 is wound around the leg of an iron core 1 and other stabilizing coils 16, 17 of the first set and the stabilizing coils 1, 8, 19 of the second set are wound around iron cores 2, 3 of the first and second legs respectively in the opposite direction to common stabilizing coil 15. The first stabilizing coil 16 is placed at the inner-most side seen from the second iron core of the second leg, and the second stabilizing coil 18 is placed next and the second stabilizer 19 is placed at the inner-most side seen from the iron core 3 of the third leg, and the first stabilizing coil 17 is placed next. The upper end of the common stabilizing coil of the first leg, and the upper ends of the stabilizing coils 17, 18 placed the outside of the second and the third legs, are designated a.
