摘要 PURPOSE:To perform amynological measurement easily and accurately in dry type by using an element having a lower layer provided successively with a marked antigen (F) acceptive layer and a diffusion speed control layer on a liquid impermeable substrate and an upper layer having the 2nd antibody layer and the 1st antibody layer via a layer which is easily solubilized by liquid of constant pH. CONSTITUTION:A measuring element consisting of a lower layer a provided successively with an F acceptive layer 2 and a diffusion speed control layer 3 on a liquid impermeable substrate 1, and an upper layer (b) provided successively with a stripping layer 4 which is easily solubilized by constant pH on the layer 3, the 2nd antibody layer 5, a diffusion speed control layer 6, the 1st antibody layer 7, and if necessary, protection 8 is made. Respectively constant amts. of a marked antigen F and an analyzing sample (serum or the like) are dropped and developed on the layer 8 of the element, after which an easy to cleave vessel 10 contg. a developing soln. 9 is placed therein and is covered with a liquid impermeable sheet 11. The vessel 10 is pushed to break, thereby allowing the liquid 9 to develop from the upper layer (b) to the lower layer (a). After a constant time, the layer 4 is dissolved away at prescribed pH, and the layers (a), (b) are separated. The marked antigen F accepted in the layer 2 and the mark (radioactivity, enzyme or the like) in the marked antigen F-the 1st antibody-the 2nd antibody immobilized in the layer 5 are measured, whereby the antigens in the sample are analyzed.
