Self propelled machine vibration damping system - has symmetrically mounted rubber components absorbing tension compression and shear loads

The vibration-damping system is particularly for self-propelled machines, and uses rubber components to absorb horizontal tension loads. The rubber components are mounted symmetrically so as also to absorb both shear and compression loads permanently. There can be a first plate (1), to which four rubber vibration damper members (2) are fixed, these in turn being secured to a second plate (3). The first plate is subjected at least to the vertical load formed by the weight of a machine frame, and which it transmits to the members. The second plate transmits to the latter the horizontal force resulting from the resistance to the force applied by the machine.
