Process for the preparation of a new guanidinophosphoric acid thiono-thioester, its use against nematodes, and a pesticide containing this compound as active substance

New guanidinophosphoric acid thiono-thioesters of the tautomeric formulae <IMAGE> in which R1 denotes C3-C5 alkyl, and R4 denotes hydrogen, C1-C12 alkyl, -CN or C2-C8-acyl represent valuable active substances for controlling nematodes. They are used in the form of suitable pesticides. The active substances are prepared by reacting a di-thiophosphoric acid ester chloride of the formula <IMAGE> in the presence of a base as acid-binding agent at from 0 DEG to 100 DEG C with a guanidine of the formula <IMAGE> in which the term HX represents an inorganic acid.
