PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly, and to attain thinning excellently by a method wherein a coil is divided into two stages of a surface layer and a back layer, and both layers are displaced in the circumferential direction and arranged while the coil is held by a holding plate disposed to the stage sections and a lower collar. CONSTITUTION:The coils 1, the surface layers 1a and the back layers 1b thereof are displaced in the circumferential direction and which are wound in approximately fan-shaped forms, are manufacutred, a fixed number of the coils 1 are stacked at the stage section 1c and arranged symmetrically at the central point, and bonded and united, and an approximately discoid coil plate 2 is prepared. The coil holding plate 3 manufactured by displacing a Y-shaped surface plate section 3a and a Y-shaped back plate section 3b only by the same angle as the angle of displacement of the coils 1 and unifying the sections 3a, 3b is disposed to the central section of the coil plates 2 at that time, and the coil holding plate 3 is also unified and combined when each coil 1 is bonded and connected. The coil plate 2 is held by the lower collar 4 fixed to a shaft 5 and the coil holding plate 3, and the shaft 5 and the coil plate 2 are fastened. |
