Refrigerated sales display cabinet with horizontal bumper rail - has shock-absorbing corners of higher elasticity for greater impact

The corners of the cabinet (1) are provided with shock-absorbing bumpers (4) which have a higher elasticity than the bumper rail (3) which is provided round the rest of the cabient to protect the latter from scratches caused by the shopping trolleys. The impact of knocks and bumps by trolleys is greater at corners than along the straight surface which is why the higher elasticity is required. The corner bumpers are pref. mounted with their ends beneath the bumper rail for an optically smooth transition between the rail and the corners.
