PURPOSE:To securely fix the lead wire for the subject inductance element by a method wherein a coil is provided on the core having a flange section providing with a pair of electrodes on the outer end face, both end sections of the coil are connected to the pair of electrodes, and after a U or V-shaped lead wire, the pointed end of which is bent, has been elastically pinched and supported at the flange section, the pointed end is connected and fixed on the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A pair of electrodes 24 and 25 are formed on the outer end face of the flange section 22 of the core 21. A coil 26 is formed on the coil 21, both of its end sections are stretched out, contacted, connected and fixed to the electrodes 24 and 25. Then, the lead wire 29 is bent into V-shaped, and bent sections 30 and 31 are formed on the same side in horizontal direction in such a manner that both of the pointed ends are slightly opened to outside. Besides, bent sections 32 and 33 are contacted to the electrodes 24 and 25, the flange section 22 is pinched by the bent sections 30 and 31 on the side face, the bent sections 32 and 33 are connected and fixed to the electrodes 24 and 25 in such a manner that both end sections of the coil located on the electrodes 24 and 25 are pressed by the bent sectins 32 and 33. |
