PURPOSE:To obtain a flat ceiling counter while preventing the generation of strain at an opening circumferential edge, by welding a sink to a ceiling plate during cooling while briging a water circulation pipe into contact with the opening circumferential edge surface of the ceiling plate. CONSTITUTION:A water circulation pipe 3 is brought into contact with the circumferential surface of the sink-fitted opening of a ceiling plate 1, and the fitting edge of a sink 2 is fixed by being sandwiched between upper and lower frames 4 and 5 made of steel. Then, cooling water is supplied from the intake of the water circulation pipe 3 and discharged from the outlet for circulation to cool the opening circumferential edge surface of the ceiling plate 1 and at the same time, the sink 2 is welded to the opening circumferential edge surface. In this case, a wooden plate 6 is stuck to the reverse surface of the ceiling plate 1 in one body to achieve more complete welding free from stran, thus obtaining a ceiling counter which requires work for neither stage pressure nor contraction of area at the opening circumferential edge for the fitting of the sink 2. |
