PURPOSE:To observe a speed limit easily and surely and drive a car more safely, by setting the speed limit, which an alarm is issued for a speed higher than, and releasing this set. CONSTITUTION:A car speed sensor 1 converts the car speed to a car speed signal in accordance with a speedometer 2 and sends this signal to a waveform processing circuit 4 of a signal processing circuit system 3. The waveform- shaped car speed signal is sent to an operating, controlling, and storing circuit 5 in a form of a car speed pulse signal, and the car speed is compared with a set speed limit; and if the car speed exceeds the speed limit, an alarm is issued from a means 15 through an alarm generating circuit 14. The driver uses a set button 10 and a reset button 11 on occasion to set the speed limit and release the storage of the speed limit. |
