PURPOSE:To control injection timing of an engine at its starting and low speed range, by such constitution that a pair of regulating plates are operated by liquid pressure actuators, and springs are provided between said plates, then the set position of an eccentric cam mechanism, that is, start advance value of the engine is set by said springs. CONSTITUTION:A disc-shaped rotary member 2 is housed in the inside of a cylindrical rotary member 5 coupled to an engine, and a hollow shaft 10 of the rotary member 2 is connected to an injection pump. A pair of holes 3a are provided in the rotary member 2 symmetrically with respect to the shaft 10, and the first eccentric cam 3 is fitted to the hole 3a, further the second eccentric cam 4 is fitted to an eccentric hole 4a of said cam 3. Further a pair of regulating plates 30 holding the shaft 10 are approximately provided to the rotary member 2, and an initial distance of the both regulating plates 30 is set to a prescribed value by springs 32. Then a pair of liquid pressure actuators 20 for mutually expansibly opening the both regulating plates 30 are externally inserted to the shaft 10, and a piston 20 in a cylinder 9 of the actuator is moved by pressure liquid guided through passages 22, 21, then the distance between the regulating plates 30 can be controlled. |
