PURPOSE:To manufacture a heat insulating structure simply, by making the structure for holding a foam-molded article beforehand at an object to be bonded, then inserting the object to be bonded into the mold for foam-molding and filling with foaming beads and foaming by heat. CONSTITUTION:The steel plate 1 having the structure which holds a polystyrene type molded article is inserted into the frame mold 3 for foam-molding. Then, the polystyrene type foaming bead 4 into which a fine particle polystyrene type polymer is prefoamed to ca. 40 times is filled into a foaming mold 3 by a filler 5. Steam is sent from a piping 10 into a chamber 11 and erupted into a space chamber 13 from a slit 6. A foam-molded article 16 is obtained by foaming and softening the foamable polystyrene type bead. |
