PURPOSE:To perform punching and piercing works simultaneously to improve the productivity, by installing a die for 3-Tg method in a press working device. CONSTITUTION:When a die for 3-Tg method is installed in a press working device 4, a required number of work receiving jigs 3 is attached to a lower die to make dimensions of the cutting die profile of an overall cutting die large. By a structure where a guide post 1 is provided for the die for 3-Tg method in the direction of pressurizing and this die is not fixed to a press ram, the interference of press precision is prevented, and high-precision and high-durability die is obtained. Plural spring guide holes 2' are provided for the press working device 4 in parallel with the direction of pressurizing, and an upper die of the die for 3-Tg method is pressed upward up to the position of opening by springs, thus obtaining a structure where the adjustment for the die height is not required. |
