PURPOSE:To shorten the warming-up time, by constituting a heat roller and a pressing roller with a thin cylinder possible for elastic deformation and a support section which supports both ends of the bearing of the cylinder elastically deformably to the cylinders. CONSTITUTION:A heat roller 1 and a pressing roller 7 are made of thin cylinders possible for elastic deformation and a ''TEFLON '' 3 is coated to increase the releasing property on the outer circumference. A roller rotation driving member 5 is fitted to both ends of the thin cylinders (metallic rolls) 2 via an elastic member such as silicon rubber 4. The heat roller 1 and the pressing roller are pressed from a vertical direction to the shaft from pressing rollers 9 and 10 and fitted to a support frame 8 with elastic deformation. In a fixing device like this, when an internal heater is assembled, the temperature possible for fixing can be attained in a short time. |
