PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an operation circuit, by coding and storing binary patterns of binary pattern operation circuits and saving the required memory capacity, through the provision of a coding circuit and a control circuit controlling a coded pattern memory and a decoding circuit. CONSTITUTION:A multi-value pattern obtained through the scanning at an information processor 1 is converted into a binary pattern, the binary pattern is applied to an encoding circuit 3 and also a binary pattern from a binary pattern buffer memory 6 processed for operation is applied. The binary patterns are coded at the circuit 3 with the run length method to compress the data. The compressed coded pattern at the circuit 3 is stored in a coding pattern memory 4, and the pattern read out from the memory 4 is decoded into a binary pattern before encoding at the circuit 3, with a decoding circuit 5, and an operation circuit 7 makes a prescribed operation. The operations are made by the control of a control circuit 2 connected to the processor 1 to save the capacity of the memory 6 required for the operation circuit 7. |
