PURPOSE:To facilitate the visual recognition of the display of an overcurrent display device which has fluid stored in the display cylinder, by providing a light reflecting material with high light reflectivity, colored in white, silver, yellow, etc., on at least one of the internal circumference of the lower part of the main body case, the circumferential wall of the display cylinder, and the bottom surface of the display valve. CONSTITUTION:When an overcurrent flows through an electric wire l, a capacitor C is charged through a transformer 53, a transformer 54, and a rectifier 56. When the voltage of the capacitor C reaches a certain value, a trigger diode TD conducts to energize a relay X. As a result, a rotary solenoid RS rotates by a prescribed angle and then starts return rotation by a return spring S. Therefore, the valve body 43 of a display device I is moved up through a stringlike member 42 against its gravity and the viscous resistance of fluids 40 and 41. The valve body 43 after moving up to a prescribed position starts moving down by its own weight and returns to the bottom a certain time later, performing state display. The external circumference of this display cylinder 30 and the reverse surface of the valve body 43 are provided with light-reflecting materials 35 having high light reflectivity like white, silver, yellow, etc., making the color of the colored fluid 40 easy to recognize visually. |
