Electronic acupuncture point locator and stimulator - uses probe moved over skin to detect drop in resistivity using variable threshold differential amplifier circuit

A probe is moved along the skin and measures the variations of the resistivity of the skin. The acupuncture points are thus located as their resistivity is lower than usual. The probe (E) is connected to the input of an operational amplifier (A) and its casing (C) is connected to the earth of the same amplifier (A). A display, e.g. formed by two LED's (L1,L2), is connected to the output of the amplifier (A). The sensitivity threshold of the amplifier (A) can be adjusted via a knob (M) which is also used to turn the circuit ON and OFF. The amplifier (A) is powered by two batteries (P1,P2).
