<p>PURPOSE:To execute production control quickly and exactly, by installing wheels so as to be freely rotatable, to shafts provided on both sides of plural read heads, and reading a magnetic control information writtein in a steel plate member itself. CONSTITUTION:In a steel plate member 1, a member control number is written in the form of a lattice as a binary-coded magnetic information. Read heads 7A-7E whose number if equal to the number of tracks of the magnetic information written in the steel plate member 1 are connected on a shaft 8, and the shaft 8 is installed to a suspension device 9. The suspension device 9 is installed to a fixed wall 11 through dampers 10A, 10B, and absorbs a high or low difference in case when a curved steel plate member passes through under a magnetic information reader. On both sides of a read head part 12 which has placed a Hall element on its base part, wheels 13A, 13B molded by rubber having hardness of some extent are installed by the shaft 8, and since the shaft 8 is connected by a material having flexibility, each read head 7A-7E tightly adheres onto the surface of the steel plate member, and can be moved.</p> |
