PURPOSE:To minimize man power and eliminate the preocesses starting with lense block submergence in a solution up to solution wiping by pasting lense blocks for abrasive operation, using a rubber made mat bored to match the shape of lense blocks. CONSTITUTION:A number of lense blocks are pasted on the surface of a pasting dish 1. A mixture of silicon rubber, rubber paste, and asbestos are applied to the lense blocks 2 and solidified. Then, the lense blocks 2 are removed and stripped off from the pasting dish 1 and thereby completes the formation of a mat A. The mat A is covered over the pasting dish 1. The lense blocks 2 are fitted into each hole 5 of the mat A. Melted pitch is filled into a pasting dish 3. The pasting dish 1 is turned upside down and filled into the pasting dish 3 and pressed. When the pasting dish 1 is removed after cooled, each lense block 2 stays pasted to the pasting dish 3 by the pitch film. |
