PURPOSE:To improve resolving power by constituting a titled transducer by laminating a single crystal thin plate having a photoconductive effect and an electrooptic effect, transparent conductive layers, a transparent dielectric layer and a transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION:An optical image transducer 100 has a single crystal thin plate 101 having a photoconductive effect and an electrooptic effect, and the 1st transparent conductive layer 102 is formed on one surface of said plate 101. A transparent dielectric layer 103 is formed on the other surface of the plate 101, and the 2nd transparent conductive layer 104 is formed on the layer 103. Further, a transparent substrate 105 is adhered by means of transparent optical adhesives onto the layer 102. This substrate 105 is formed by doping a small amt. of an impurity to the same material as that of the plate 101. Further, a protection layer 107 is formed on the 2nd layer 104, and lead wires 108, 109 are connected to the layers 102, 104. |
