PURPOSE:To achieve a fractional collection of intended components regardless of changes in the base line by fractional collection thereof as set peak fraction with a decision on the peak thereof detecting differential variations in the rise at the set fraction peak. CONSTITUTION:When receiving an injection marker signal indicating the start, a peak detector 3 detects the peak by setting a peak sensitivity. An LPE1 prevents spike noises or the like. The marker signal is amplified with an amplifier 5 to serve as input signal for a time setting device 2 and triggers the setting device 2. The setting device 2 is latched after the elapsing of a set time and then, when a peak set for fraction in a liquid chromatograph is detected, it is ANDed with a set time signal latched to output pulses for starting fractional collection. Therefore, no detection is performed how much the base line varies within the set time and if the time is set with a enough room initially until the base is stabilized, the detection of the fraction peak can be done accurately. |
