<p>PURPOSE:To prevent system down in a transmission system by a method wherein priority circuits and a non-priority circuit are provided in terminal stations. CONSTITUTION:A central station 1 sends messages M1 and M2 to terminal stations. The terminal station 2 connects a message for the local station to the message M1 by a priority circuit and sends the message M1 to the terminal station 3 as a massage M3. The terminal station 3 also connects a message for the local station to the message M3 by a priority circuit and sends a message M4. When no receipt of the message M4 for a fixed time or over is detected at the terminal station 3, a non-priority circuit is operated, and a message for the local station is connected to the message M1 and the message M1 is sent as the message M4. This can prevent the system down in a transmission system.</p> |
