PURPOSE:To connect a new incoming call to a vacant attendant board with less storage content and to uniform the amount of job of attendant boards, by detecting the seating of the operator of the attendant boards, and counting and storing the number of processed times of the operators or the man-hour processing time in the unit of the attendant boards. CONSTITUTION:One of imcoming trunks ICT0-ICTn is supplemented with a specific number from a calling subscriber, connected to resistor senders RS0- RSl via a register link IRL, and the specific number is connected to a controller CONT. The CONT is provided with a function to a monitor the state of attendant boards CBD0-CBDm making the same job at all times, a contact plg of a relay detects the seating of the operators and a contact talk of the relay counts and stores and the number of processings or the processed integrated time in the unit of the attendant boards. In receiving new incoming calls at the CONT, a vacant attendant board with the least storage content is connected to a switch SW to uniform the amount of job by the operators. |
